Processing and transfer of personal data for payroll and compliance with records, information and reporting obligations, to the extent required by laws or standards of collective law or employment contract, including computer-aided and archived text documents (e.g. correspondence) in these matters. Use and retention of personal data of job applicants, if provided by the data subject.

You can revoke this consent at any time. A revocation has the consequence that we no longer process your data from this date for the above-mentioned purposes, provided that this does not affect the further fulfillment of contractual obligations, statutory retention requirements or legitimate interests on our part. b. Contract as lawful basis

if processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

The purpose of the processing and transmission of personal data is for payroll, salary, pay, and record keeping, information and reporting obligations, as required by laws or standards of collective law or employment contract, including automated created and archived text documents (such as correspondence) in these matters. Use and retention of personal data of candidates, if the data subject provided these data.

c. Legal obligation as lawful basis

if processing of data that we receive from you or third parties is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

d. Vital interests as lawful basis

In some cases, we also process your data based on our justifiable vital interests or those of a third party. This applies as long as the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned do not outweigh those of the controller or third parties.

Duration of storage / erasure deadlines

We store your data until the end of the relationship with you and beyond as long as statutory retention periods exist or as long as legal claims can be asserted from the employment relationship with the employer. In doing so, the corresponding limitation and retention periods, which can be up to 30 years from the termination of the respective contractual relationship, are taken into account.

We give your data – among others – to the following recipients or recipient categories, as the occasion arises:

–  administrative authorities, courts, public bodies, creditors of the data subject and collection agencies, works council and labor unions

–  Insurance companies and pension funds, banks and financial service providers, legal representatives, tax consultants, auditors, co-insured persons, shareholders of the controller

–  IT service providers, relevant contract and business partners (customers, suppliers) and their contractual partners (end customers, subcontractors), ZEMAN Group companies

Rights of data subject: 

In principle, you have the right of access, rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Please contact us if you wish to exercise these rights.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria the data protection authority ‘Datenschutzbehörde’ has competence in this matter.
